Casual Catered Clambake?
Our Casual Clambake is an upscale but casual catered event designed to give you a relaxed get-together for friends, family, or co-workers. Our Casual option is excellent for business functions or rehearsal dinners where you want people to be relaxed and comfortable.
Do you want people to become acquainted in a stress-free environment? Bill Smith’s Casual Clambake is perfect for that, as well as for family and friends.

THE SERVICE
We serve Bill Smith’s Casual option as a buffet. Your buffet table, provided by us, is covered in red-checkered linen. Our crew brings Chinet heavy-duty paper platters together with heavy-duty plastic cutlery, and we supply you with napkins, chowder cups, plastic bibs, lobster crackers, and everything else needed for a wonderful, unforgettable clambake feast.
You bring the seating, the guest and the appetites. And we bring everything else!
THE MENU
APPETIZER
Start your Clambake with an appetizer of our famous and delicious light-base Clam Chowder made from a unique recipe that originated on the Island many decades ago.

ENTREES
Your guests may choose either Maine Lobster, Herb-roasted Chicken, or a Vegetarian dish for their entrée. We then give them a selection of Mussels and Clams, sweet Corn-on-the-cob, Red Bliss Potatoes, Mixed Salad or Coleslaw, Rolls and Butter, and, of course, we provide melted butter and lemon wedges for your seafood. Each guest chooses what and how much they want.

DESSERT
We give you the classic dessert for a clambake, which is Watermelon. We also have several optional desserts available. Or you can ask us if we can provide something of your choice.
